Trek Angkor - 5 Days / 4 Nights - Overview
Siem Reap - Phnom Bok Camp - Banteay Srey camp - Angkor

Step away from the ordinary and in to the extraordinary with this trekking adventure through the Temples of Angkor.  Be prepared to be overwhelmed by the kaleidoscope of history, natural beauty, and culture of Cambodia as you traverse the countryside on foot.

Your trek begins from the charming town of Siem Reap.  Head out to the Rolous group temples where crumbling towers remain from the 8th and 9th century.  Cross through the countryside, along dirt paths, to Phnom Bok and your campsite for the evening.  As the sun sets, climb to the top of the hill and enjoy the views of the surrounding plains and villages.

Tonight you will camp in tents under the stars, enjoying a fireside dinner before drifting off to sleep in the tranquil countryside.  Awake to a cacophony of birds and monkeys, and as the day begins enjoy hot coffee and breakfast to fuel your day's journey.  Expert guides and staff prepare your camp and food for you, so that you can relax and enjoy the scenery.

After breakfast, set off on a trek from camp to camp, stopping en route to view the petite temple of Banteay Srei.  Marvel at its intricate carvings and pink sandstone towers before continuing through local villages to your campsite at Wat Lor where once again you will enjoy the serenity of a tented camp.

On the final day, transfer by car to the main Angkor Archeological Park and spend the day traversing the area on foot.  Explore the jungle covered Ta Phrom, imposing Angkor Wat, and many more ancient ruins.  Upon reaching Siem Reap, relax and reflect upon your incredible temple trekking journey.

Temples Of Angkor - 4 Days / 3 Nights - Thumbnail

With its dramatic silhouette and crown of towering stone pinnacles, Angkor Wat is one of the most famous and recognizable monuments in the world. Yet, as extraordinary as it is, on this special four-day tour you'll soon see that there is so much more to Angkor than just Angkor Wat. Built during the golden age of the Khmer Empire, Angkor was at one time the heart of the most powerful and advanced civilization in Southeast Asia. Abandoned in the 15th century, Angkor was quickly enveloped by the jungle, its stone halls and shaded shrines remaining only as a site of pilgrimage.
